Journal on 5 key areas of your life. Be real raw and authentic with yourself on exactly where you’re at. From there you will be able to see exactly where you need to put most of your focus. After this journal on how you want your life to actually look and use it as a guide to help you see where you need to direct your energy. Pick one thing and focus on that for the next 30 days.
#2 START THE HEALING JOURNEY
Get a Teacher, Coach, Guide, Mentor, or Healer (whatever you are called to. There is no right or wrong, just what works for you)
Start to shift your life by taking aligned action with the support they provide. Ensure you know all the things that are holding you back from where you really want to be and who you really want to BE.
#3 GIVE YOURSELF 30 MINS EVERY SINGLE MORNING
Start a routine that suits you. Every day for the next 30 days commit to doing something for you. For example, walking, being in nature, listening to personal development + inspiring videos, exercise, meditation, dancing, reading, journaling. This will allow you to start to re-connect into yourself and set you up for a better experience.
#4 GIVE GRATITUDE
Find things you can be grateful in your life, find things that are working and that you can be happy about within your circumstances. Being in a state of gratitude aligns you to better things in life. The more grateful you are for everything you have the more the universe can keep giving more of that to you.
#5 DO THINGS YOU LOVE – AND ONLY FOR THAT REASON
Immerse yourself in things that make you happy and feel good… even if there’s no money involved. Even if you work long hours find the time to do things that make you smile – work to live! Stop living to work. The smallest of things can change the biggest things.
